“Took payment for an item that was due to ship on November 22nd. 3 weeks later it is still waiting to dispatch and I can’t cancel the order due to the free digital magazine, that I didn’t want in the first place. Sent two emails but never received a reply. Terrible service.”

“Same position as others. I bought a Mandalorian Helmet & a Mandalorian funko pop! . Zavvi sent the Funko Pop! from the United States to the UK but they never sent the Mandalorian Helmet. I tried to cancel & was told the item was now in the dispatch process so I have no right to cancel. This company is acting illegally I've reported them to the ombudsman in the uk.”

“Please report this company to action fraud. They have done this to hundreds of customers and need to be held accountable!, they have refused cancellation which is against their terms and conditions, in addition they have breached the consumer act.”

“My Christmas jumper was supposed to be delivered on the 7th December, it's now the 10th, my party is tomorrow and it still hasn't been dispatched! I will never use Zavvi again after this. Pathetic service and communication.”

“Ordered twice once 27th another 28th 27th arrived fine 28th still processing after two weeks only get automated response from Zavvi these are presents ordered and looks like won't arrive can't cancel order due to the stupid electronic magazine they send even if you don't want it, going to take this to the press if not dispatched by Friday.”

“I have purchased items with Zavvi last year with no issues. However, the same cannot be said here and shocked that it's seems to not be a one off. I ordered 2 big items in the black friday sale, paid for the delivery with an estimated dispatch and delivery date of 5-7 days. On day 7, no update, so I messaged asking where it only to have a reply we are working on it. I decided I wanted to cancel because I doubt I will get these items in time for Christmas at this rate, buy from another site, but to my surprise I cannot cancel them because it's "too far along in the dispatch process to cancel " all because of a digital comic automatically sent to me that I didn't want or even bother opening. Poor customer service, lack of communication and sending out that digital comic book is disgusting just to stop lots of people getting refunds.”

“APPALLING. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I ORDERED A MEDIUM SIZED T-SHIRT WHICH WAS MASSIVELY OVERSIZED (PROBABLY USING U.S. SIZING) AND THEY DO NOT DO EXCHANGES! THEY SUGGESTED I BOUGHT ANOTHER ONE !! UNBELIEVABLE”

“Nothing positive to say, no customer care, 10 days over estimated delivery still pending on the order.. Can't cancel the order as they put a "Free Digital Comic" on the order to stop any cancellations as you've technically taken an item. No replies to messages you send, Avoid and will not be using again.”

“items sit in processing and do not dispatch until a month or more later like the other reviews indicate if you ask to cancel the response is that the order is already part processed. They will send a small cheap item and not send the lego or order that is mostly needed. creates a lot of stress when christmas is 2 months away and item still not dispatched. Zavvi is in the UK and items come from the warehouses there and shipped internationally months later”

“Once again another issue with this company They are now false advertising Mortal Kombat 4K UHD blu ray for sale but it's out of stock actually as per their company This item is being advertised for sale as we speak and is also available in their 2 for 40 promo. It should not be advertised as so if it's not for sale. This is false advertising to get a sale out of customers. I also noticed it's being advertised for their 2 for £30 4K Ultra HD on their UK sight”

“I placed an order for the Star Trek Tri-Dimensional Chess Set on the 19/01/2021 and have yet to receive my item. I have emailed numerous times but get the same, generic almost computerised response, apologising for the delay. I appreciate that the order was initially a 'pre-order' but 11 months is absolutely ridiculous, especially seeing as you can order the same product on Amazon right now, with delivery in only a few days. Avoid Zavvi at all cost and shop elsewhere.”

“I ordered a top gear Lego , the company have taken my money . When I enquired when I would receive the goods I am told , sorry we are waiting for the stock.you should not sell the goods if you do not have them in store and take the money from a clients account.will not buy or recommend this company.”
