Terrible customer service I had an extremely frustrating experience dealing with the staff at the Zara Home store in Galleria mall after shopping at their Marina Mall location. I was missing an item from my Zara Home purchase at Marina Mall. When I tried calling the Galleria store to notify them, the phone line kept disconnecting. I must have tried calling for 40 minutes straight, both on my cell phone and the Marina Mall store phone, but no one at Galleria would answer. The Galleria staff I did manage to get on the phone refused to give me the store manager's name or help resolve the issue. After wasting 40 minutes of my time trying to get ahold of someone, one staff member finally answered and located the missing item. However, this meant I had to go all the way back to the Galleria store to pick it up when the mistake was theirs, not mine. The lack of accountability, awful customer service and indifference of the Galleria staff is unacceptable. I made the initial purchase at their Marina Mall store, yet their Galleria staff made zero effort to help fix their error. I would caution any potential customers about shopping at this Galleria location until Zara Home works on improving training and attitudes. A simple phone call about a missing item should not result in 40 minutes of disconnected calls and frustration.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Zara Home, which compels me to warn others. They outright lied about the delivery date of my order, causing significant disruption to my plans. The promised delivery date turned out to be a "misunderstanding" on my part, as they later claimed it was just an "estimate" hidden under asterisk in the small print. Their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive, refusing any form of compensation for their clear mistake. This isn't just about a delayed order; it's about Zara Home's misleading practices and lack of accountability. They’ve shown a blatant disregard for honest communication and customer satisfaction. I will be reporting Zara Home to Trading Standards for their deceitful practices and recommend others stay away from it if they value a good trustworthy service.

Perchasses over 500€ in furniture in Zara home online Portugal store with deliberação + assembleia. They missed the First date for delivery and on the second e day refused to assemble. 20 days have gone by and the bed still on the cartons. Can’t contact anyone for help. After 10 phone calls, emails, even official complaint I am writing this. The worst customer service, the worst delivery service. Do not buy in Zara home. I have copies of all my chats and all attempts for help. I’ve been treated horribly and no feedback except for automatic replies. I am going to the continue to make complaints even by lawsuit, a company with these values shouldn’t be out there making profits.

The two waffle bath towels I bought from Zara Battersea Power Station (BPS) produced so much fluff in my washing machine that my dark trousers and sweat shirts were covered with fluff in a subsequent wash (and I checked - no tissues were left in my trouser pockets). I went back to Zara BPS to see if I could exchange the towels for something else. Deborah, who attended to me there, said I couldn't without a receipt, which I had misplaced. I was so disappointed I just left the towels there. They were no good to me. My disappointment is not only with the poor quality towels but also with the lack of goodwill from Zara. I will definitely not recommend this store to my friends or members of my family.

Very bad service !! - and a shame because I’ve been using their products for years - it’s not about losing the order (anybody can make a mistake) but they won’t return the money !! They keep passing me on internally and making the 6th ‘case’ number but won’t pay me back! And nobody cares - they just hang up or stop responding - headquarters is aware nu ‘can’t help’ - Never seen anything like this from such a big name - lost all my business in three countries because they refuse to pay me back 69,- on an order not delivered ?! Outrageous

Terrible customer service! They send me a wrong item, after calling and sending emails they agreed to send me a replacement. Again I received wrong item . No apologies and they treated me terribly.I asked for refund and the response was after returning the item we will do the refund . First and last time buying from Zara home !

Placed an order for an item over $300 and when the item was received, it came to me damaged. This was not shipping damage. The item had a 5 inch crack in the top wooden section. After contacting customer service, they told me they would pick up the item and send me a new one. They organized pick up without dispatching a new item for me even though I sent in proof of damage. Later, they told me they don't accept Iphone photos. Keeping my damaged item as their customer service is a huge hassle. Won't be purchasing again.

Purchased over $800 in furniture in Zara home coruña store and was told absolutely delivery in 3-4 days. 10 days no delivery. Can’t contact anyone for help. After 6 chats and phone calls I am writing this. The worst customer service, the worst delivery service. Do not buy in Zara home. I have copies of all my chats and all attempts for help. I’ve been treated horribly nd no delivery. I am going to the store tomorrow to cancel order.

I am writing this after 15 days, 9 attempts with customer service via chat, 5 emails, and one PayPal dispute later. We placed 3 orders over one week with ZARA Home totaling well over 300 dollars, but we received a partial delivery with one item missing. Missing item was $19.99. Being the good consumer, immediately contacted customer service detailing we did not receive the largest (in size) item from our order, and after two different customer service agents, we were assured it was on its way, we were given a tracking number, and sent an email with the same details, and told it would be a few additional days since it was coming from Spain. Well, tracking number was useless and never showed up as valid, and ZARA Home when contacted again changed their story to-- "All items were delivered"... We tried politely clarifying this was obviously wrong, as they themselves had previously CONFIRMED via email and chat, and that went nowhere. Vague answers, customer service hanging up on us…mind you, all we did was ask polite questions and firmly request someone resolve the issue or refund us. NOTTA! So, PayPal dispute was the only way forward. What a complete lack of customer service, transparency and accountability. I mean, it was an almost spectacular display of horrible service. BUYER BEWARE!

Extremely overpriced. I bought candles and hand-wash to match. Rubbish packaging. Boxes were all dented and slightly damaged. The motif fell of the handwashes. Also changed the candle holder to cheaper basic look. And worst was on the candle that I used to buy frequently albeit not for a little while has reduced by almost half the size but the price has gone up. Win win for them. Won't be buying from them again. Nicer company's out there and much cheaper with lovely boxed items.

Firstly our delivery was sent back as chair was broken, we had to find this out for ourselves, no correspondence, then they send us the same chair AGAIN, ABSOLUTE DISGRASE DO NOT USE ZARA HOME.

THE WORST WEBSITE EVER. 90% of items that you can put in basket are actually out of stock and another 10% you can buy, but they will send you a mail that product is unavailable and refund money… Reviews here tell you everything…

It's return policy is disappointing. when you buy an item online from Canada Zara home, you are only allowed to return it through the Post at your expense; even if the destination is in your city, you are not allowed to drop it off! Even you can not drop off directly at Zara home shops. It is kinda punishment. Returning a 300$ light (6 kg) rug costs 93$ for us with FedEx! It is disgusting. It was our Last purchase from Zara Home. Not recommended at all.

I spent 2000 euros at Zara Home to furnish my new apartment. After 3 weeks I had still not received my order or received a tracking code. I tried to reach out to customer service but all they say is that they have tried to contact the shipping company but don't have an update. It's been almost a month and still no news. I really urge you not to buy anything from Zara Home. I can't believe a large company like Zara behaves like this.

I don’t recommend buying anything online at Zara Home. Their customer service is a joke. They will leave you waiting for delivery for long weeks and they’ll be sending false information via emails just to get rid of you. They break their own regulations (available at their website) and ignore customer’s attempts to vindicate their rights. They basically don’t care about customer satisfaction. Once you’ve paid, you’re of no interest to them. Never again. Not recommended.

Almost everything is overpriced and some of their products have bad quality. I bought 2 pillowcases for 29,99 that were supposed to be cotton chatin but after I washed them they became very rough. Their towels are very good though, I've been buying them for years.

Ordered bathroom accessories described as "black resin". GOOD - they arrived quickly and well packaged. BAD - one item was a tray. Within one day the surface started to peel and it was obvious this was not made of black resin but another material, spray painted black! VERY BAD - customer service. We have had several useless "chats", one lengthy but useless phone call, many frustrating whatsapp conversations (before any help or resolution of the problem, you are cut off and have to start again). We've sent pictures of the faulty item (3 or 4 times), have been given 2 "case" numbers (quoting these has no effect) and we've written sensibly and at length to the CEO of Zara. No reply. All for a £11.99 item!! Don't normally give up, but we will now - we'll just post warnings on every review site we can find which will cost zara significantly more than the cost of our bathroom tray!
