“Lovely clothes but the staff in here are so surly! They make no attempt to have chit chat with you while you are paying and it is an effort for them to even say hello most of the time. Could not understand why the changing rooms were shut today when they have been open in the last couple of weeks. It’s so frustrating having to take things back. Is it because they do not want to staff it I wonder? As I said the clothes are lovely but the staff are grumpy at best.”
