“complete shoe size,logistics is so fast”

“Everything good!only one is u placed my billing address(home)as my shipping address,luckily still can get the parcel on Saturday (day off). For my opinion,if zap can send the track number rather than sending by ups express!( I think DHL express is better than UPS express)”

“If you're spending hundreds of pounds surely delivery should be free? And also buying jeans worth £500 and to see them arrive in a carrier bag is shocking. Package your items properly so that spending hundreds of pounds looks worth it. Take notes off GarmentQuarter.”

“The clothing is great. The delivery time is unacceptable. People want their purchased items as fast as possible. I have a return and no idea how to do it. The website is not helpful. The link on the website is not allowing me to return the jacket. I purchased another hoping someone will contact me on how to return the one that is too small. I sent an email asking how to return it, and got this survey 😳”
