“I purchased a Moncler Jacket at a very good price thru Zap, and the experience was great. I was given notifications for shipping and everything arrived on time and actually faster than I expected. Website was also easy to use. Really good experience!”

“The refund process is very poor. You have to pay to return your clothing, and although they state you may have to wait 8 - 10 days for a refund, I actually got an email after 10 days to say my refund had been paid, but may take 10 days to reach your account. This is a joke. It today’s banking world, refunds should be paid the same day!”

“So far everything I bought, which is around 10 clothing items and a belt, came in excellent condition. I love shopping at Zap. Be mindful of the size chart if you live in the US. Large on some Italian clothing is actually a small/medium for us.”
