“Most unreliable and didn’t have the decency to ring and let me know he wasn’t going to turn up not very nice I could have called another mechanic if I’d known… obviously not bothered”

“Elliot saved our Christmas! We are going away over Christmas, and as luck would have it, our car would not start today. No local garages could help, but Elliot was with us within a few hours, diagnosed the issue and fitted a new part the very same day. Excellent service, and I would definately use again.”

“Did not show up, no phone call to say they couldn't show. Tried ringing 7 or 8 times and no answer. When I finally got through one time I was told someone would get back to me and never did, no one has answered the phone since and I can't even get a reply on the live chat. Awful service, I even had to cancel my shift from work to make sure I was home, so I've lost money and wasted my day. Would give 0 stars if I could.”

“I had an awful grinding noise start on my Vauxhall Antara but could not identify exactly where it was coming from. I took the car to several garages and a transmission specialist but none of them could give me an answer. I looked on line and called your local mechanic and spoke to Elliot in Stourbridge. He told me to take the car over and he would take a look. We went out for a test drive and Elliot identified the problem almost immediately. Elliot called me later the same day with prices for replacement parts fitted,both new and used. I agreed to have new parts and Elliot took the car in immediately. He kept me informed of progress as a big transmission job and completed the work in time for my holiday. Car is now like new. “Been let down by other mechanic in the area saying is too complicated or will cost me around 3k to repair my car . I msg Elliot and ask for help I was desperate 😩he ask mi to come to garage so he can check what Is wrong , he find the problem straight away and offered help week after my car was repaired and cost me 2k less then I’ve been told in other garage 🤦🏼‍♀️ Now My car driving so much better and is more faster 😂 can’t thank you enough for help .
