“Pleased with our homebuyer report but the first appointment that was arranged was cancelled on the day which was unprofessional and caused delay in our survey.”

“Survey took place quickly & efficiently. Survey came back to me within the time frame stated. Verbal feedback within 24 hours did not materialise despite me phoning to ask for it & wasted 3 days of planning & measuring before written report came. Bit irritating to be honest. Report particularly verbose whilst being thorough, professionally set out & fairly accurate. Surveyor picked up on a major problem that I thought/hoped was not as serious as it turned out to be & this led to my withdrawal from the purchase of the property.”
