“A prompt and efficient service, in the timescales we requested, with a good report that came soon after the house visit. There were some issues identified in the report that we have now been able to act on with our seller to make good some repairs. A little pricey, but good service...”

“Very efficient service. The booking process was straightforward and easy. I particularly liked that you arranged with the estate agent to gain access. The report was thorough and easy to understand along with some pics of areas of concern. The report was received promptly after the completion of the survey.”

“Great and prompt survey. All the steps were easy - booking, payment, getting the report. The home buyer report is detailed and I found it to be very helpful. The surveyor did a great job within the limits of what was possible to do, given that the house is occupied. The list helps me to prioritise what needs to be addressed urgently and what can wait. I would highly recommend these surveyors.”

“As 1st time buyers, we were new to the world of reports and buying so we wanted to to ensure our surveyor would be professional, quick and not mess us around. Nicola was just that, able to organise the survey much quicker than we thought was possible and within 24 hours of the survey being carried out we had our report back, fully documented, including images and lots of information which really helped. All queries responded to at pace and really friendly to add! Highly recommend and would certainly use again.”
