“Kept us up to date with the progress of the problem and what was happening regarding things going well and not well. The server was taken in on Wednesday and was returned by Friday Afternoon all fixed and working again. Great Service and understood that we needed it back as soon as possible as contained very important information.”

“very prompt in auctioning my needs , and very polite too which I guess should be the case always but is not. I myself am not that at ease on computer's so It was good to get help, without being bamboozled by techno jargon. Uncomplicated assistance was what I wanted and it was provided immediately Thanks Ryan.”
