“I bought a shared ownership flat and have had problems for the last 2 x years. Staff are unwilling to provide any customer service when anything goes wrong. I currently have a situation where my kitchen window is hanging on one hinge and although their surveyor agreed it is faulty they are telling me to get the repair done and they will consider whether they will refund the money Call centre staff a waste of time and not willing to help at all. Won't email or provide written advice and hang up during the call as they say they don't have time to deal with my problem. Was told to get the work done myself "what's the problem, you work so will have the money" DO NOT BUY OR RENT FROM THIS ORGANISATION!!!”

“We have used this cleaning company for nearly 4 years now and have always been happy with the standards of cleaning and levels of customer service that we have received. We have the same cleaners each week who are very friendly. I would definitely recommend this company to a friend.”

“The service provided by Home Group is helpful to me as they clean my mother's flat regularly otherwise I would have to do it myself. My mother tells me the cleaners who come are pleasant and get on with job. I will certainly continue to use their service”

“Great service We have been using the yourhomegroup.co.uk team for over 5 years now. we have used others in the past, but none have come close to the standard of service we receive from them. They are always punctual, friendly & very thorough. Everywhere is always sparkling clean and tidy after they have visited. They are reasonable priced and easy to book and contact. From Mark in West Bridgford. Very happy :-)”

“Lee and the team have provided a spring clean and oven clean so far. The results were gleaming and shiny bathrooms, kitchen, windows and no traces of dust or dirt anywhere. We are starting on a weekly clean now and I'm confident it will be just as impressive. Lee also offers many other cleaning services which I'm sure will be useful in the future.”
