HI Anne, my apologies for the late arrival of your scarf but there have been several days of Royal Mail strikes since you purchased on the 24th Nov. Royal Mail have been on strike 24th and 25th of Nov and also 30th Nov and Dec 1st. As you can imagine there are now huge backlogs of mail in the system so everyone is suffering I am afraid. There have also been two weekends since you ordered making a loss of 8 days since your order. I'm sorry you feel that I deserve only one star for circumstances that are out of beyond my control but we do offer upgraded shipping options should you ever wish to order from us again.

“Good selection on website. Fairly fast delivery and good packaging. Lovely fine merino pashmina - I bought mine particularly for my son's wedding but actually didn't need it that day. Good to have available though.”
