“Excellent customer service. I received a lovely pashmina but the colour was darker than expected so I rang the company who agreed the silver colour didn't photograph well but readily offered to accept a return. I asked if I could swap for the white version. Not only was this agreed but in view of upcoming holidays the white one was sent out 1st class post whilst the return was still in the post on the way back to York. A real example of how to treat customers. Many thanks.”

“The delivery came 36 hours from order to home. Packaging compostable. I actually received two scarves as it was said their last delivery not up to usual standard, but to me they seemed soft and super lustrous”

“Very pleased with my scarf exactly what I wanted. I would love a few more in the diffent colourways. My only grouse is the time it took Royal Mail to deliver it. Scarf was posted immediately but took over a week to arrive.”
