“I used yogaclicks a few times for gifts for my wife and I was always happy with the service, I’m not sure if they’ve changed ownership but the customer service is disgusting now, the website states free delivery on orders over £20 but it charges you, I messaged 3 times to double check this was correct and they ignored me. Against my better judgement I decided to place an order with them as the £5.95 delivery guarantees delivery within 48 hours and I am now at 120 bourse (not including Christmas Day or Boxing Day) and they have again ignored my email questioning this. If they replied explaining the situation I would possibly accept but ignoring me 4 times is really really poor”

“Order placed on 15th July. Today is 12th August. No update on delivery, tried to phone customer service but it just rigs through to say ‘EE voicemail. No idea whether I will receive this item. No response from email sent to check up on order.”

“I have looked at the yoga clothes on this site before but decided against as they seemed a little expensive. I have looked through my 'for yoga' clothes and realised that I tend to wear the items made of cotton or linen most. I ordered a matching top and bottoms.”
