“This place is actually a joke. I tried to order a pair of pants on September 6th. It is now September 16th and I don't even have a tracking number yet. Their customer service response times are unbearable and when they finally do get back around to you, the English is so broken it's unbelievable. Please, whatever you do, do NOT order from YKSOUS or HOLYGRAIL.”
“Huge scam. They run a website called "Holy Grail", if you buy from there they will attempt to take money over and over again from your card. I tried to call, but the number didn't even work. When I did finally call, it was a pre-recorded conversation.”
“They sold me incorrect products, the items looked different too the website and for the price the quality was poor, they ignored my messages and i cannot get a refund because they are purposely not replying to any of my Instagram messages and emails. Now suddenly they "no longer accept refunds". Seems fishy and coincidental.”
