I purchased a 42 v ring jumpmat for an 8ft trampoline with 5.5inch spring, after struggling to install the mat i realised you sent the wrong size, you sent a 49 v ring one instead. I emailed customer services 2 weeks ago with no correspondence whatsoever, I also rang customer services several times and have not been able to leave a massage as the line goes dead at the beep. I'm not happy at all and will be contacting your head office directly.

Felt like a lotto win when I seen the trampoline I’d wanted was available.... late delivery (but completely fine with that given the current situation) both boxes appeared to have everything included, put it up only to realise somethings missing and now we can’t attach the safety net. So it’s sat there teasing my 3 & 7 year old with the fact they can’t play on it cause it’s not safe. Like others have said, I’ve made numerous calls with no answer or option to leave an answer message. Emails have also been sent so I’m praying someone will contact us to resolve this issue 😔

Ordered replacement net and pad. Pad has a hole in it and despite 6 weeks of emailing I have had no reply. There is also no answer to phone calls and no way to Leave a message. Will be seeking a refund.

Two products were order but only one item received which was neither of the items ordered! The customer service answer machine doesn't not allow for a message to be left and I am still awaiting an answer to an email sent six days ago notifying about the error and asking for how it will be rectified.

Very fast at taking my order, money and posting the item to me. Appalling at after-sales service though!!! Was sent the wrong Trampoline Mat and have tried calling 4 times to be greeted by answering machine that DOESNT let you leave a message. Have sent 4 emails and had no response... No contact at all. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

No reply to emails, no way to leave a voicemail... I've been trying to contact you for 8 weeks now. Very poor service as needing replacement parts (again) for a trampoline.

Really unimpressed! The trampoline arrived in four boxes so assumed we had it all but we have no trampoline base and no net so the trampoline is useless without these parts. Can’t get through on the phone line, just cuts to answer message and then you can’t leave a message and no reply to my email even though it says full service is still operating. I would just like to get the missing parts of the trampoline as it’s more days wasted with my four children not being able to bounce and use up their energy!

This is my 3rd Jumpking trampoline and I received it about 3 weeks ago. It turned up with 1missing part and damage to the net. I have tried to contact jumpking multiple times via email, helpline and message service and no reply!!! I understand during covid 19 businesses have reduced service’s but if you carrying selling a product you should provide some sort of customer service unfortunately jumpking.eu has not. I feel letdown and frustrated that I have purchased a trampoline and it’s turned up damaged and can not get hold of jumpking customer service To resolve the problem. In future I will shop elsewhere for my products..

I received my trampoline over 3 weeks ago now and on erecting it I found one part missing and 3 holes in the net! I have tried to contact the customer services via email and phone, and there online message service multiple times and have had no response!!!! This is my 3rd jumpking trampoline the others have always been strong and good quality, Unfortunately the zero customer service this time round I feel let down and frustrated that I haven’t received service I paid for and I will in future go elsewhere. I do understand covid 19 has effected all businesses but if a company carry’s on selling items they should also provide at least a basic level of customer service unfortunately jumpking has not. I have been trying to discuss spare parts for an existing trampoline for over 6 weeks after a structural element failed. No response to multiple emails or phone messages. I have bought two trampolines over the years from these guys but don't think they care beyond the initial sale. Disappointing as it can't be hard to, as a minimum, acknowledge someone trying to communicate with you.

No customer service to speak of. Since my last post a week ago we are still without the replacement w legs. No contact with customer service received. Very disappointed. I would strongly recommend you use another company for the supply of your trampoline. 3 disappointed daughters and a very disappointed Dad.

No sign of any customer service since last reviewed. Still unable to use trampoline. No resolution to bent w legs so would not suggest that you buy from this seller. However jumping.co.uk could be a better bet.

I purchased a trampoline and the offer was advertised as a combo with the tent and trampoline both pictured side by side trampoline and tent and only received the tent they obviously didn’t update there web page and muddled customer I only purchased it cause the tent was advertised very miss leading

It was very difficult to put together. It makes a lot of noise. I contacted customer service 4 times and they have not come back to me. I bought the 10ft Jampod deluxe trampoline and I paid a lot of money for what we got and the poor customer service. It does not look as it the photo. No calls or emails back! Wish I read the reviews before!

Unfortunately trampoline delivered with bent legs and no ladder. Emailed reporting the issue but no customer service contact at all. Have now re emailed. Phones go to automated answering but Does not allow you to leave a message. Covid issue allowed for but would have expected contact from customer service by now. Web site says minor delys to response. Come on jumping EU. I would have expected better response. I have 3 young and very disappointed daughters. I have paid for a premium product with no benefit. Very disappointed. I can not recommend based on current very poor performance

The product we bought has very poor quality, the base structure wouldn’t form into a circle. We couldn’t get hold of the customer service either, they have never replied my emails and answer the phones (we tried for a week already). Our kids were crying and very upsetting, but we couldn’t get a new trampoline without getting the refund. By the way there was no any paperwork and return label in the delivery, the whole experience was wasting time and money!

Trampoline arrived with an essential part of the frame missing. My little boy was devastated. A week later, despite sending multiple emails and leaving multiple voice messages, I haven’t even received an acknowledgement of my complaint, let alone any attempt to replace the missing part. I’m so disappointed.

Absolutely terrible service. I ordered goods on 11th of April, payment was taken immediately. I was told the goods had been dispatched on April 15th and would take 3 days. I hadn't received after a week so checked with courier, they hadn't yet received my item from the seller. I contacted the seller by email and phone daily but no reply, finally my wife contacted them on Facebook messenger and was told they've sent it to the courier. This has went on for 10 days, checking with the seller and courier who both say they don't have it, seller blames the couriers tracking service. I've had two other deliveries in the last 10 days by the courier in question so I'm inclined to believe them, their tracking had been accurate in both cases. Seller won't cancel the order or refund me despite the TC's saying they offer 30 days any reason cancellation, I've paid for an item that isn't on its way to me. Now I need to take it up with my bank for a refund. Avoid, I wish I had read the reviews before ordering.

Shockingly appalling service. Wrong part of trampoline was sent to me and I have emailed, phoned and left messages But nobody has got back to me to advise me what to do! Meanwhile, in these horrific Covid times, my grandson has spent weeks with out his trampoline. I would love to hear from Jumpking so they can advise me what to do!
