“Excellent online service and fantastic turnaround and quality of products! The Ladies' T-Shirts, however, turned up with a lower cut than pictured and the print was lower down than expected. All other products turned out fine!”

“The items were ordered for a 5-day nursing conference. Members of the local branch wanted to stand out whilst representing their colleagues and peers. Delivery was within the standard 2-week turnaround time. The delivery was 2 days earlier than expected.”

“Quality is excellent and price is resonable (more towards the high side though). The website could be a bit more intuitive (difficult to find the order section) and needs to be more clear on the process for 'free' sample before sending them out (i.e. stipulating clearly the time needed to send them back, that the delivery charge isn't paid for as well as any additional late charges).”

“We are a bell ringing group and our order was for a selection of polo shirts, t shirts and sweatshirts with the logo "ring for the king" which is what we shall be doing on coronation day, May 6th. The order was processed and dispatched very swiftly. Niamh in customer support was similarly efficient and prompt. We were generally pleased with the order; the "ring for the king " central logo was fine, but some of the embroidered lettering was rather squashed and not decipherable. This was particularly noticeable on the polo shirts.”

“Only reason it's not 5 starts is that there's a Miss stitch on the pocket inside the kangaroo pocket and the pull strings for the hood are I would say 2 inches too long other than that it's perfect”

“Thankyou to the team at Yazzoo for the quick turn-around on the items. I am really happy with the results. I wouldnt have been able to make them look right if it wasn't for the help and feedback of the Yazzoo team during the ordering process. Thanks so much for your support and efficiency. The caps are for some friends. During lockdown when we couldnt meet indoors they formed a group who would meet in local parks to walk or play music together. Their support and humor really helped get me through the pandemic. Now one of us is about to get married and move away so we wanted to commemorate our last local meet up.”

“I've used Yazoo before and was going to order from C2O due to the slightly different styles they have before realising that I didn't like the way they couldn't have the clothing with certain placements the way I wanted (which I was able to do with Yazoo), their website was also poor by comparison. Yazoo's website is good, more intuitive, a little tricky at times but a lot more clear for me to understand. The Tshirts are great (the print is great), the hoodies are amazing quality and we all love the print. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is for a few reasons: 1). The tshirt label, had I known what it was going to look like I may have considered branding this. 2). The tshirt sizing. The size S feels more like an "XS". The tshirts run small. I ordered an insuffient sizing batch and had I known I would not have ordered any size S and would have ordered more size L and more XL. 3). The hoodie embroidery, the colours do not match the brand logo. The blue was a bright deep blue not a light blue colour thread which is at odds with the original logo. It feels a bit frustrating because it all costs a lot of money for it not to be 100% what I wanted but now I know better based on this experience. Otherwise, I am fairly satisfied with the final product, thank you.”

“My mum wanted a hoodie that would include a quote her grandson always uses and came across this online service. The website layout is a bit awkward (hence dropping a star)to use but the person on the online webchat was very helpful. Very pleased with the final product .”

“Very happy with the Quality and Sizing of the Hoodie. My Son who loves Scouting enjoys wearing them and had outgrown the last one. I deducted one Star as I felt the Delivery was a bit slow.”

“Pleased with the customer support and service, helped me with adjusting the logo so the order would be both able to be completed and also to satisfaction! I was ordering a test of caps with the logo of a futsal team I'm working for and was able to deliver a lovely surprise to one of my friends. It was a great success and it got so much attention from people around! The embroidery is well done and makes for such a professional touch.”

“Hoodie is top quality and it's finished to the highest standard. The only problem is getting the sizing correct. We have ordered 12/14 (which seems to be XS) and it was just a bit too small so we'll be ordering size S from the adult section (the price is higher unfortunately although it's for my 11-year-old son).”
