The jumpers themselves were absolutely perfect, excellent quality and looked exactly as they did online. The names and embroidery were also perfect. The initial website set up and mistaken orders however made the experience more complicated than it needed to be and left some parents dissatisfied.

So far I have only encountered your ordering process. Your site clearly shows the American Express logo which implies that you accept this card. The Worldpay system won't though. Amy had to send an invoice so that I could pay by BACS though, in the end I waited until I was home and could use a different card. Your site is 'clunky' otherwise too, making it hard to move from personalised to plain garments and to compare products. Other vendors have full size pictures available for different coliurways, whereas yours just shows one image. I ordered just one type of hoodies because I know these both for weight and size, though had the site been better, I would have probably ordered a different one for comparison too.

Jumpers ok but the print on the back of the jumpers way smaller than I wanted . Also the size is way to big for me. But rest is ok

The design was good, but the colour of the tshirt did not match the colour on the website. I was expecting a lighter blue, but received a shade of electric blue. I have previously ordered from Yazzoo and never had an issue, just this time a little sad about the colour.

I like the clothing but the threading design on it looks good but its not stiched properly for some part i hope you guys improve in the future or you can print the design instead of doing threading on the clothes overall good i like it i will be carefull when washing the cloth

I thougtht spending that extra bit of money would make it really good. Not so pleased with the logo. I'm not sure why the border came out dark grey instead of black so the words aren't really visible. I don't think the proofs are an actually likeness and when I asked for the logo to be made bigger, the image is still quite small. I think the large t shirts are enormous! I was quite surprised and wish I could have ordered medium or even small had I known. It would have been better to see a larger image. I also asked for the delivery address to be changed twice but it still went to my home address. Overall, I was quite disappointed as I was so excited to give these out to the young people who are volunteering to help at our church pop up cafe. I would send a photo but the tshirts aren't with me at the moment.

Great clothing material and prints. Best quotes on the internet but can’t give them 5 stars because of their continous usage of DPD as their courier. DPD are pathetic and absolutely unprofessional. First time the delivery was 3 days late. If got delivered no the day go the event. It was hoodies for my event staff. This time I was supposed to get the delivery on Tuesday. I’m writing this on Thursday and there is no sign of the delivery still. The event was yesterday and it was embarrassing for the staff to not have the uniform. No idea when I will get it now. Can’t fault Yazoo’s quality though even thought their supply chain is questionable.

Clothing quality is very good. However the system is terrible!! Last yr, the items from your side had names misspelt. This year, they nearly sent my items to billing address than the delivery. Which is in a completely different city!! It's silly how the system can mess up even after a year of being able to improve! Please fix this, otherwise next year I will not be paying so much for your goods.

Hi, I have looked into the issue here and spoken to the staff involved, and it looks like the delivery address initially requested when placing the order was the billing address. Then the order was sent over to be checked, which shows the delivery address on the page, and this was then confirmed with the billing address as the delivery address. Unfortunately it was then sent out to this billing address, but we were contacted to change the address, which we did with DPD, and it was sent to the correct address in the end. I can't really see where the system has gone wrong in this case as the initially requested address was incorrect and then it wasn't picked up and was approved in the order confirmation?

Cannot fault the quality of the clothing material nor the artwork. Small issue with online personalisation. Customer service was prompt and very helpful both by phone and email, but unfortunately the computer glitch couldn't be resolved and thus, I didn't get exactly receive I wanted to order.

The Navy on the hoodie is not really Navy and I’m quite disappointed by that. The navy on the T shirt is what I was shown online

Although the product was good I had great difficulty in trying to get the correct information on the delivery address, despite 3 times when requested to confirm the order ,it did not have the company in the delivery address and then a phone call we’re I was assured although I couldn’t see the company name on the address ! That it was there. Well clearly it wasn’t when the delivery driver had to ring and clarify were to deliver it to on private toad no 5 . Lot of time wasted on simple detail.

Your service and staff were excellent, when I ordered and guide me through things that I didn't quite understand but your security is unprofessional and not very secure. My artwork, to be signed off, wouldn't come through to my work email account, so I gave your colleagues my personal email address on the understanding that this particular person would keep it to herself and not share with anyone. All my emails are now coming through on my personal account, including emails from other people!! I am not very happy about it. I have also emailed twice, with a problem I have with two of the hoodies but have had no reply, from anyone. It looks at though your after sales aren't very good either.

Hi Lynda, Apparently we have been blocked by the NHS email system, and ALL of our emails cannot get through. We have tried on numerous occasions and it bounces back every time, and we're not sure why. Do you know who we can speak to to get this resolved at all? We also have an email from yourself asking us to email your personal account with the artwork. This is why we have been contacting you on your personal email, as we have no other way of contacting you. With regards to your personal email - this will not be shared with any third parties or used to email any marketing material unless you ask us to, and you haven't, so you won't receive any. Hopefully you'll receive this email explaining everything through from our third party reviews platform, which is a different email server. Regards, Rob

Firstly I would like to say that the end products that have arrived, are great and the all the children are very happy with them. I did however find the ordering process very stressful, and had to contact the team on numerous occasions because the design did not meet with the requirements that I had stated in my original order. I understand that my order was a little complicated as I was ordering 14 garments, some of which were basic leavers hoodies, some with zips and only a few with names on the arms, but twice I had to contact them as an incorrect name had been put in the '18', the style of '18'was different to what I had requested, the school name was not put on the front, as I had requested, and I was only contacted because the colours of some tops requested were not available. Each time the order was 'corrected' the prices went up, which actually left me out of pocket, because I felt unable to tell the parents that the price had increased for a 3rd time! Despite all this, however, on each occasion the staff were friendly and helpful and, as the whole process took longer than expected, they did speed up the delivery on the order and they arrived in time for the children to have them before the end of term. I appreciate that this is a very busy time for ordering hoodie tops, but I feel that if the details of the order had been taken on board in the initial quote and design, it would have been a much more efficient and less stressful process.

I personally had 2 hoodies out of a batch of 27 which, when washed at the 40 degrees recommended on my label, resulted in discolouration of the printing, two parts a shade of blue and the lower print a shade of pink so it couldn't even have been something in my washing machine. My initial call to Yazzoo was met by a very unhelpful call handler who was rude and basically suggested I was lying. After further consideration and discovering that some of the other leavers had a label stating wash at 20 degrees, I called again the next day and after a further unhelpful conversation I asked to speak to a manager. This did result in a much better service and after sending photographs and returning the hoodies I did receive a replacement but I was still emailed to say this was a goodwill gesture rather than any acknowledgement that the information on the label was incorrect or there was anything faulty about the print used. Customer service very inadequate and I will not use the company again,

Nice quality clothing however, the embroidered text was not as expected. The letter spacing was too close and was barely readable.

The colour wasnt as strong as the picture's i sent in so a new top look's faded which is a shame the quality of the hoodie is fantastic though and the embroidery was on point ! .. Just what let's it down is cheap print

The product is very good quality. The turnaround time was nearly two weeks which makes you one of the slower companies we have ordered from. The sizes needs looking at. I am the director of the company and can't wear my own hoody because it's enormous on me and I'm broad.
