We were experiencing some technical issues with our phones and Nathan @ Yay answered my call within a few seconds. He was extremely knowledgeable and had the issue fixed in no time. A first class, speedy and friendly service. Thank you.

I had some technical issues with my Phone System recently and reached out to Sol at yay.com for help. He picked up the phone right away and was very helpful in getting my Phone System back up and running smoothly. He was able to fix the issue in just a few minutes and I'm very grateful for his help. His customer service is excellent and I would highly recommend yay.com to anyone.

I have used Yay.com for a while now as the best value UK registrar with an easy to use customer area for all domain management. I recently needed to transfer some domains to another user, with Sol and the team providing a speedy and first class service. Cheers guys!

Sol plust David and the team in New York provide more value and skill to your expenditure of money and time in setting up a VOIP service for SOHO or office. As a Brit abroad in the US.. I ve been using them for over two years for my home office and it's been faultless. The team are always prompt and on point when I have had to reach out and have something adjusted, checked or explained to a newbie to VOIP... two years later totally statisfied...I think you will be as well?

From day one, the team has been really helpful in setting up our first telephone system with Yay. The system offered everything we asked for and more. Jez is always available to answer queries and offers excellent customer service whenever needed. I highly recommend Yay.

This company makes deployment and integration absolutely seamless from start to finish, from deployment to IVR set-up. they go above and beyond to help out customers, the system itself is very state of the art and flexible to suit either an SME or multi premise corporations and everything in between! - Shoutout to Konnor for exceeding my expectations by helping me to integrate Yay.com into my PBX system and making sure it was all working! what an amazing support agent, can't say enough about how helpful he has been!

I have used Yay.com previously whilst I worked in the Middle East and had an excellent experience with them, and they saved me a fortune in phone charges. The support was brilliant - I only had to support once because or strange error with voicemail that they identified a corrected within 20 minutes. I have rejoined as I needed to have the same cost efficiencies and service so Yay.com was obvious choice to go back too. I need to contact support to help me setup again and this took less then 2 minutes to sort out and Jez (very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant) made sure ensure everything worked by ringing my number to check I was happy with the service which I am.

We use yay for our phone system and have done for a while and we have always found them to be helpful and today Sol Tarling has been a lifesaver for us! We phoned this morning with an issue and Sol tried his best to help but he needed some login details I didn't have, after spending hours on hold to Virgin and finally getting the details I phoned Yay back and the person transferred me to Sol as he was already aware of the issue and after I managed to get the details he needed he managed to get out phones working again! As a business that receives over 300 calls a day you can imagine how desperately we needed these phones and and Sol was very patient with me, very grateful for all his help today I wouldn't of been able to do it without him :)

Starting up a charity office phone line - easy peasy. Starting up a charity office, I managed to buy a local phone number and set up the line with a Gigaset Go Box 100 which can have up to 6 handsets in a couple of hours. Admitedly I had done it a few years before for another charity. The Yay product was just the job for me and only £5.99 a month. Can add extra lines, etc as we expand. Brilliant.

I wasn't receiving any calls on my IP phone so I called YAY support. I was lucky Izzy answered my call and helped me fix my issue in like a couple of seconds. I am glad I found her on my first call :)
