“Nicely laid out site and the pricing is great. Delivery was very quick, especially considering we ordered in the Christmas period. There was a problem with one item and they were superb in sorting this out for us. Very happy with the service and pricing and will most definitely use the firm again.”

“I recieved my Yankee burner on Christma Eve. It arrived scratched, damaged and the exterior of the black cat is full of white marks. I have contacted Yankee Planet to either exchange my item for one that is not damaged or refund me. Yankee Planet has not got back to me but funnily enough they have time to send me an email to review the service that I received so here it is. I will be following up my complaint.”

“When my candle arrived it has a big crack down the side of it with a bit of glass falling out ! Not impressed emailed 3 days later and still no reply !!!”

“I bought some samplers as I love the smell and there cheap too. I would recommend these candles as a starter you won't be. disappointed. This was the first time I used this site and will do again thanks for the good service :-D”
