“They called me up to tell me that our phone wasn't on line before we were even aware of it. Then called back to confirm that it was all good. Exceptional service.”

“I am very pleased that I chose Xinix. We had just moved over to BT fibre and lost our landline. Xinix were able to retrieve our number, specify the new hardware and get us up and running. There were a few teething troubles but Mohsen was able to work remotely, diagnose and reconfigure the system and, the next thing I knew, he was talking to me on my phone. And compared to my old BT landline, I'm now paying Xinix a fifth of the cost. Win, win, win!”

“No hassle what so ever to complete the change over to Internet telephone. Xinix staff have been very good in communication right the way through from initial enquiries to installation of the adaptor . Couldn't have been easier.”

“Uzair was so incredibly patient and helpful in talking me through and troubleshooting the set up of the VOIP system and connection between the base unit and multiple handsets - the hardware presented an unexpected challenge. However, 1 hour and 40 minutes later, with ported landline business phone number, we're up and running! Thanks so much Uzair! (and sorry you were really late for your lunch!)”

“Answered my questions before ordering, order process very straightforward. Equipment arrived when promised and easy to set up (plug in and go.) All working within twenty minutes of unboxing. Sound quality of calls very good, can't tell 'not a real landline.' Hiccups due to changes of ISP & router and porting of old number largely at our end (due to being in Australia at the time) quickly sorted within a couple of hours of our return by a couple of e-mails and a friendly phone call. Excellent service so far, really happy with Xinix. Very strongly recommended!”

“Uzair has been brilliant today - he connected remotely to my PC, answered all of my questions and gave me a good tour and tuition session on the various portal and app options. This was invaluable to help me understand how the features and functions work during our trial. I've now decided that this is definitely the VOIP app for us, and we'll be moving ahead with our number porting, hardware purchase and sign up! Thanks Uzair :-)”
