“I am very happy to recommend Zieler both for the product and the customer service. There was an issue with the delivery. I was able to contact Zieler direct and speak to a real person. Kiran sorted out the problem quickly, refunded the delivery charge, sent out a new order, which I received the next day, and even included a small free item as an apology for my inconvenience.”

“the product is very good indeed I am in the process of making cards from 'lino' cuts, and wanted block paints to achieve the coloured prints my mistake, but I have now learned that using oil based paints is a different experience that using water-based.......but the density of colour is so much better.... I will be buying more (you may wish to contact the owners of a new Art Shop in Folkestone who unfortunately do not stock your products....see Art Haus, 3 Grace hill, Folkestone, CT20 1HA)”

“I ordered my acrylic pens from Zieler and received the very next day. Good service from the seller. I will always öderem from them as they are so reliable. An earlier order was returned to them, the courier stated the order was refused. Thankfully they called me to verify and I told them that they must have gone to the wrong address as I never go out and certainly didn't refuse them. They resent them and I got them the next day. I am 80 years old and love painting and drawing. I will continue to order from Zeiler.”

“I’m just getting started with painting with acrylic and I was after some larger tubes (75ml) of the more vibrant colours to compliment the paints I have already. The set of 12 I just purchased are, quite literally, brilliant.”
