“I have been shopping here for over 15 years as each season the selection gets better and better. Victoria buys exactly what she knows her customers will want for all ocassions. The service Victoria and her lovely Team provide is friendly and professional and they get to know you personally so it is always a pleasure to go into the boutique and see the girls as well as the selection of clothes, shoes and accessories. Love this local shop in Hertford!”

“I live in the Netherlands, and ordered a wrong sized top. I needed to make a return, but it was going to cost me an extra $50 euros since I live out of country. I emailed the boutique, and received a response within 24 hours. They offered to send me a free return label for the inconvenience. Unbelievably great customer service!!! So amazing. I will be ordering from them again.”
