Hi Christina, sorry to hear you've felt the need to leave a negative review without contacting us first: the 'orange tint' you refer to is the natural colouring from the organic rosehip oil we use in the product, and we've never had reports from any other customers regarding it 'staining' the skin as you seem to be suggesting. If you look at our other reviews for this product there are a great deal of 5 star reviews for it. Thank you anyway for supporting us in trying the product. Team WRS

“Bought both eye cream and anti ageing moisturiser. Came promptly and has beautiful packaging. Very nice texture of both creams. Very pleased with purchase. I bought when there was buy one get one free offer, so made it much more affordable . Will probably buy again.”

“Fabulous products. I have found using all the products together works brilliantly. I use the glycolic cleanser 1x a week and the Eucalyptus and lavender cleanser followed rose and orange night cream. All 3 products are awesome and my skin loves them”

Hello Yvonne - we are a bit confused and disappointed with this review. We have checked your order in our system and not only did you get BOGOF on the 30ml moisturisers (rose and frankincense day cream and coconut rosehip calming cream), you also selected FREE second class postage at checkout. If you had any concerns regarding your order we would have hoped you would have got in touch with us prior to leaving a negative review, but again on checking our email systems we have no correspondence from you. “I am really pleased with the customer care White Rabbit Skincare has shown me. The products and packaging are carefully thought out. Deliveries are made in a reasonable timescale.
