“Complete scam artists! I don’t believe any of the positive reviews! The company will only do the basics no matter how much you pay, just to have something to show you at the beginning. They won’t give you a functioning website and they deliberately switch project managers constantly, so they come up with excuses as to why it’s delayed. I paid £3444 starting in September 2021 and I have no website and they avoid you like the plague when you mention a refund. They don’t give you any end date for the project deliberately, so you can’t hold them to a date. I paid initially £495 in September and then I ended up paying another 4 payments because they insisted I needed add ons for all the things I wanted done. Little did I know that they didn’t intend on doing any of it and they just were taking my money! I have sent them a court action warning letter, which they have read. I will definitely try and take them to court if they don’t refund me the total amount I paid them! I don’t know how they are still getting away with this as they are registered on companies house and direct gov. I don’t know how they are fixing their accounts to look like they aren’t scamming people. I noticed they took their address off their website, so it’s harder for people to contact them. I doubt they are even at that address tbh but I had the address 33 Hanger Lane, London, England, W5 3HJ”

“OMG they are still doing it to people i see, I paid these £12000 for a website that doesn't work, I'm currently going through the courts to get my hard earned money back... Justin is a waste of space and scum of the earth. They lie, steel and rob you blind... well not me !! they think I've gone away .. I haven't I've just been getting everything sorted my end but believe me I'm coming for you and i wont stop until your struck off for fraudulent activity. This coming scam and rob and STAYYYYY AWAYYYYYYYYYY”

“SCAM! ABSOLUTE AWFUL COMPANY! DO NOT USE! They will be so helpful until they have taken your money then leave you in the lurch. They ignore my calls and messages, do changes as and when they please, take the site/emails down without saying anything even though I paid them upfront. They are not based in the UK which they don’t tell you, so are very hard to get hold of! Literally ruining my business! STAY WELL AWAY!!”

“Would give no stars if I could. There has been a catalogue of issues. My website has gone down and I cannot get in touch with anyone. Poor customer service. They chase the money but do not care about the end result for the customer. Save yourself a world of pain”

“AVOID! I have entered a county court judgement against them, but it is looking like I will not receive any money back. They have scammed me out of £4500+”

“Webvisory are finishing work on my hypnotherapy business website and the professionalism, creativity, hard work and can-do attitude that they have demonstrated has exceeded my expectations. From the outset they have listened to my ideas and vision and strived to make it happen - even if that meant building bespoke programs from scratch to meet the interactive needs of my clients. They created an easy to understand admin panel allowing me to take control of updating all aspects of my site and are even now working on an animated marketing trailer to help me advertise it. “I worked with the WebVisory to create a new website for my lettings business and after completion of my project, I wanted to write a review of the services I have received. It has been nothing short of spectacular! From the first contact with Zach who was very friendly. helpful and offered great advice which lead me to engage their services to being allocated to Jim as my project manager who has been so on-point with my thoughts and ideas and what I wanted to create for my website in terms of the design, message and overall presentation. Zach & Jim have been a pleasure to work with throughout all changes and tweaking and often gets it right first time! Their advice's have been greatly appreciated throughout. They engaged with the system developers at one point to make a significant change to the system to provide me with a special design request which was amazing! Being on the same page as me has created a smooth and truly great experience creating my site with WebVisory. I have thoroughly enjoyed working alongside Zach and Jim.
