Amazing service - it was 3/4am GMT, and I received a detailed, reassuring video message within minutes of sending my question over. Such peace of mind to know there is always someone available is fabulous - a big thank you to the vet Janey who helped me with my question about my dog who suddenly became unwell overnight xx

I contacted VidiVet around 8pm as I had found blood when my dog went to the loo on his evening walk, which was very concerning. I had the option to send a written, audio or video message. I received a reply within a few minutes in the form of a two minute video from a vet. They reassured me that there was no need to panic, but suggested I contact my vet the following day. The next morning I had a further message asking how my dog was and asking if I needed any further support. I am very impressed with the service received and would definitely contact VidiVet again if I have concerns regarding my dog.

I have used vidivet for the first time today and have been really pleased with the service. I have 2 dogs who are my world and if I am ever unsure if there is a problem I am straight on the phone to my vets usually to get them seen and treated if needed. Sometimes all that’s needed is abit of advise or reassurance or even just some worsening advise. I am not a vet so always like to be on the safe side as I know animals are unable to tell us themselves if there is a problem. When I last visited my vet practice I saw some leaflets for vidivet and signed up straight away. I wondered how it would work and if it would be too good to be true. However I have today messaged the vet via vidivet and have received a helpful response within minutes! This has saved me from ringing my usual vets and getting my dog seen today, which might not be needed yet pending how she goes over the next 24 hours. I am so pleased I signed up to vidivet and already feel reassured that I can get back in touch any time confident I will receive a timely and helpful response. Thankyou!

Thank you so much for your rapid response. My 12 week old puppy became unwell quite quickly and vidivet were on hand to guide me through it. The vet kept in contact with me all evening while my pup was unwell and I had contact in the morning to check in on her. Thankfully she has bounced back now after some much needed advice and support. Very greatful to vidivet. Thank you so so much.

Been up all day yesterday and all night, used 3 sessions with 3 vets. They were all absolutely fantastic and really helpful. This service was free with Belvoir vets as my dog is registered there.

I had a very frightening experience with my dog choking and would not have gotten through it without Vidivet late at night. They were helpful, empathetic and obviously knowledgeable. Being able to send a video is fantastic for reassurance.

What a great service! Our 7 month old Cockapoo stood on a wasp at our local park and was whimpering and limping. Having carried her back home, I contacted Vidivet via the app and, within 10 minutes, had a video with a list of things to do. I had a follow up message a little later and another at the end of the day. I felt very reassured by the messages and advice given. (Pup is now back to her crazy Cockapoo self,!)

Excellent service as always! I received a response within minute of registering by query, and was supported through as the issues were analysed. The Vidivet service is amazing and provides such peace of mind, especially for a dog like mine who doesn’t enjoy going to the vets!

Vidivet has been nothing short of fantastic. I have contacted vets via the app twice now and have had a detailed and informative response in less than 10 minutes to both queries. Not only that, but I also got a follow up video from another vet the next day to see how Rolo was doing. Would recommend to anyone that needs reassurance or confirmation that a trip to the vets is required. Brilliant concept and app!
