“I have contacted VidiVet several times over the past months, with what might seem very obvious or simple questions because I have never had a dog before. “After noticing what I thought was a seed next to my dogs eye and not being able to get it off I panicked! I was on holiday not near my local vets but suddenly remembered I had an online vet service I had never used. Not expecting much I sent a photo in, 2 minutes later (no joke) a lovely lady sent me a video explaining that she thought it was a tick. I then sent a couple more close up photos, she gave me all the best advice in such a short amount of time, I cannot praise this service enough! T”

“First time I have used this service and I was very impressed with the service given. I logged in, typed my message and within 3 minutes I had a video from a vet with the information I needed, the vet asked for photos or a video of my dogs problem and within minutes again she had replied to me. I absolutely recommend VidiVet for peace of mind until you get your dog to your vet should you need to.”
