Thanks for your review Gianni. The nature of our budget bays is that in order to be able to sell them at £31.66 per bay in the three bay deal that you bought they have to contain less raw material than a more expensive bay. They contain steel, chipboard and plastic, all of which have gone hugely up in price since Covid, and they are packaged in a heavy duty cardboard box to enable them to be sent through the UK carrier network. As I've mentioned in earlier review replies, we've sold literally thousands of these bays to a huge range of both business customers and consumers. They are categorically not a bad product or bad quality as you suggest. They fill a space in the market for people who need shelving on a budget. If you feel that you want something heavier duty I'm afraid you need to be prepared to pay for it, rather than buy the cheapest on the market and expect them to be the same as the most expensive. By all means, if you'd like to give us a call to discuss other options we pride ourselves on our customer service and will always strive to avoid a bad experience for our customers.

“Trading with this company was great. A good website, using paypal made payment quick and straightforward. We placed an order for a metal shelving wrack in blue one evening and it was delivered two days later. The wrack was assembled readily and has transformed my omnishambles of an art room into an organised decent work space. Very happy with the service and the product. Thank you.”
