“All good, provided a free sample without me asking. Next day delivery worked and product (garage flooring) as described and with the free sample able to buy it with confidence online. 1 'competitors' never replied to an an enquiry, the other was offhand.”

“I have to say that we were a little annoyed when we were told one day for the delivery and then called late that day to say sorry that we won't be delivering them as they had not been made. Unfortunately also the driver for the company was banging on the door to the point I thought he was gonna break the glass.”

“Trade price deals are a great company to deal with. The table I ordered is great. I am very pleased with the quality and price of the goods. Extra special thanks goes to Lois Hobbs for chasing up the delivery status of the item and keeping me inform with any updates. She went above and beyond - very good customer service skills. It's just ashame that DHL mixed up delivery dates (3 different dates given) and packaging arrived damaged. The table was lucky not damaged. DHL driver was friendly and took photos of damaged packaging. Would definitely use Trade Price Deals Again and would certainly recommend them.”
