“You always find out how good a company is when there are problems. When my delivery arrived the cardboard packaging was damaged and I immediately found one damaged section. Over the weekend I also found a second section and reported both on Monday morning. I received a prompt response from the manager and two replacement sections were delivered by midday Wednesday. I cannot fault the response and service from Top Tower.”

“I found TopTower via Amazon but couldn’t order directly from Amazon and in the end it was a bit cheaper direct. TopTower confirmed the order quickly and called two days later to confirm delivery next day (which was as advertised). Tower itself arrived next day and is very good quality, totally sturdy to work from. Cut the time and aggravation down to decorate our utility massively. Took 10-15 mins to figure out how to put it up first time, then 5 mins after that, pretty simple but easier with two people. Would thoroughly recommend Company and the product. Thanks TopTower.”

“The unit arrived very quickly. The metal cutting finish could have been better, and be careful not to cut your fingers; otherwise, it was fine. Assembly was relatively simple, and the unit feels sturdy and secure. I am pleased with my purchase and will purchase from this company again.”
