“I am trying to track down some discontinued tiles and contacted Tiles and Mosaics to see if they could help. They really tried but couldn't trace the tiles. Well, they were bought in 2005, so it was the longest of long shots. (I tend to be unrealistically hopeful but am aware that finding the same product even a year later is almost unheard-of, as everything these days has to be "NEW, NEW, NEW" and the old consigned to landfill.) Anyway, many companies would just have said "You've got to be joking!" However, Tiles and Mosaics have expended an inordinate amount of time and trouble trying to help and advise me. So if you want a company that really offers caring customer service and "goes the extra mile", Tiles and Mosaics is such a company. I heartily recommend them.”
“Received fantastic customer service from Danny at Tiles and Mosiacs. I went in trying to match a small and large grey tile and Danny helped me to find exactly what I was looking for. He was patient, kind and so helpful. A week into the bathroom works and I had to call Danny to see if we could get hold of any of the large tiles as there had been more overage than I'd planned for. As the tiles were being shipped from Italy they would have taken 2 weeks to arrive so Danny went out of his way to call other stockists in the UK and managed to find some in the same shade batch which could arrive within a couple of days. Honestly couldn't recommend Tiles and Mosiacs highly enough. Haven't even touched on the excellent quality and style of the tiles! Thank you for all your help.”
