“Bed as expected as direct from manufacturer. The Sleep Station customer service seems reactive only as after 4 weeks of no news they had to be chased several times for information about delivery when it came to light that the delivery time had grown to 6 weeks plus. The Sleep Station was not aware of any delay until contacted, and their delivery company did not appear to be under their control. This was an anxious experience where you wished you had purchased somewhere else as you did not feel like a valued customer during the order process. The Sleep Station promised in writing that they would send a goodwill gesture of £30 and 2 pillows; but they did not do this despite reminding them after the completed delivery…..
Be aware the delivery company does not assemble the beds. They also scrap the old bed and or frame. If you want all or part of your old bed to go to charity you will need to do that yourself.”

“Given this rating due to terrible delivery service they have chosen. Took a day off work specifically and they didn't turn up even after me phoning Sleep Station their words were "it will be this evening up to 6.30 or tomorrow morning". It didn't turn up on either day. I then arranged for delivery following Friday and it turned up in the week when I was at work with both packages open at one end and left in the garden.
Bed itself was luckily not marked or wet and a great bed. Very happy with bed. BIRLEA - BROOKLYN.”

“Initially I was overjoyed with the advice and helpfulness of the gentleman I spoke with and the service they could provide - going the extra mile to deliver up 3 flights of stairs, assembling the new bed and removing the existing one with a 2 man team - fabulous! The bed arrived at the warehouse earlier than expected and this was excellent news; however, I had to change the delivery address to my own as it was no longer required by the tenant of our property and they were happy to oblige. In response to my change of delivery address request I received confirmation that this had been changed, but was also advised "We do not assemble but will take away the old bed this has to be disassembled and ready for collection" - which would have been a complete disaster had the delivery still been going to my tenant. On querying this I did get agreement to undertake the set up of the bed, but in the changed circumstances this was not required. I am very pleased with the bed and prompt delivery, but feel somewhat misled/disappointed by the full service I believed was being offered, but unlike most other companies they were prepared to deliver up the 3 flights of stairs!”

“Found the mattress I wanted at the best price here. Ordering was quick and easy. Payment was taken immediately. The only downside was the wait for delivery. It took a month for the mattress to arrive. When delivery of mattress to "warehouse " was complete poor communication for delivery- rang my telephone but no message left or numbe to call back. Got sorted eventually by email. Delighted with the mattress.”

I'm sorry but we had run out of the item the previous day and hadn't had time to update the website yet - you were made aware of this straight away (on the day of order) and refunded the same day when we were told you couldn't wait for new stock.

“Fantastic value for money, with a wide range of choice. Delivery was super quick and came when it was expected. Had the wrong size bed delivered (normal double instead of a small double) but that was soon rectified, they actually done me a favour sending out the bigger bed! Very helpful customer service, and I even recommended this website to my parents when they started redecorating their bedroom”
