“I was recommended by my work colleague to do business with them as they were very pleased with their service. I must say I am too. I was dealing with James Roberts mostly and he was very nice and professional. From the start, he was keeping me abreast of all the developments and gave me ample advice on matters beyond mortgage but generally the house buying. Near the end of my completion, my case had some complications and James dealt with it professionally and really by my side. I highly recommended James, The Mortgage Company, and the whole team who was phenomenal in getting my first house!”

“We received excellent guidance from Steve and Beth at every step of the way. No matter where we were in the process, we felt fully informed and knew what the next steps with the mortgage were. Everybody approaches buying a house differently, but we felt listened to in every conversation. “The Mortgage company were great to come to my needs when my previous lender refused to take me on a sole mortgagee during a messy separation from my ex partner. They found me a suitable product through NatWest and then also offered me an improved mortgage offering via Nat west when the market rates revised all in time for me to complete and everything went as smoothly as possible - big thanks to Tom and Tara who were my main point of contacts.”
