“Sally was absolutely fantastic in helping me move house and port my existing mortgage across. I wasn't really sure where to start and Sally explained everything and made everything so hassle-free and simple. I've had a few follow-up questions since and Sally has been happy to answer them and support me where needed. Thankyou so much, I really couldn't have done this without you!”

“I dealt with Sally in the main who is top class, assisted by Bethany together are amazing. Helping every step of the way from setting up my original mortgage 2 years ago and then leading upto my end of fixed term, in the current conditions have been just brilliant at monitoring rates and deals to make sure I get the best one. I would and am recommending them to everyone. Thank you ladies 5 plus stars 🌟”

“We would recommend Martin to anyone - we had quite a difficult situation with one of us self-employed and the other on a stipend and Martin's advice was astute, extremely helpful, and explained with clarity at all times. Martin is personable and you get the sense that he really tailors his advice to what would work best for you as a family - it's not a cookie-cutter/one-size-fits-all situation in any way. His assistant, Bethany, was also excellent at keeping us updated and helping us to schedule our appointments. Thanks Martin and Bethany!”

“My partner and I have used The Mortgage Company for both securing a mortgage, and for renewal as well. Both times Steve Harman and the team have given excellent service. Their service is always friendly, clear and gives a strong sense of them truly looking out to get you the best deal you can. It was always easy to get hold of a member of the team and we were kept in the loop very well throughout the whole process, with any questions we had always answered effectively and quickly. Overall the whole process felt smooth and helped relieve a lot of stress for us both. We strongly recommend The Mortgage Company and will continue to use them for any mortgage related services we may require in the future.”
