“Highly recommended! James and Jane of the Beeston branch were a huge help during our buying process. Being first-time buyers we felt really supported and all of our questions were answered professionally and in a very quick time frame when communicating through emails when we were unable to telephone. Would defiantly advise friends and family to use The Mortgage Company when buying. Thanks”

“A very professional, understanding and helpful approach from all staff. Good communication at all times through the whole process. Went over and above to get us the best deal to suit us in these financially turbulent times. “This is our second time using the service from James at Beeston, and again he was incredibly helpful and patient throughout quite a long process, always had clear answers to our questions and made sure we understood what would happen, when and why. We felt supported and got a fantastic mortgage deal that we wouldn't have found by ourselves. Would definitely use this service again :)”

“We have been with the mortgage company for 4 years now and have used them for two house moves. We have always found them to be very helpful and friendly. They are very organised and always make sure to get in touch with us before any changes to our mortgage are due ensuring we do not miss any deadlines. Without them, i doubt we would be in a better position with our mortgage than we are now.”

“I had a very good experience with the mortgage company. They ensured I got on to the best mortgage offer for the long term so that I could keep extending it in order to keep my original interest rate promised. They were also very prompt and answered any questions concisely. They ensured any extensions were triggered with minimal fuss. I would definitely recommend and use them again.”

“The help and advice we received from start to finish from the Mortgage Company during our mortgage application were very exceptional indeed. We had not got much luck when we started the process and approached two other companies before which didn't work out. A friend recommended James Roberts at the Mortgage Company, and from there we were guided through the process of the pros and cons, but when you deal with experienced people who know their stuff - the confidence and belief came and I cannot thank James Roberts and the team at the Mortgage Company for helping us to secure the mortgage we needed. Nothing seemed to phase them or seemed to be too much trouble. When we were not sure of anything, they were ready to answer questions and advise, all the time giving us a balanced view and approach. I would not hesitate to recommend The Mortgage Company and we will be going back to them when we look to renew our mortgage at the end of the term. Super company.”
