“So far the service provided from Solidprint 3D has been excellent. The fast responses on email enquiries and the training provided was very insightful and beneficial. Ben was very knowledgeable and had plenty of tips and tricks for use to help assist on making our 3D prints easy and top quality.”

“On April 17th we attended a training session conducted by Jack Fenerty, focused on utilizing the Voltera V-One PCB prototyping system. Jack led us through each step of the process, allowing us to actively participate in various stages of PCB creation. He demonstrated a deep understanding of the system, effectively addressing any questions or concerns that arose.”

“I was in the market for a new 3D Printer and had seen and heard glowing recommendations around the Bambu Labs products. I did a quick Google and viewed a few 3D Printer sites and i saw the Solid Print3D site and had a browse, i found the site very clear, very friendly and above all welcoming and intuitive. I was browsing the site around 10 minutes before i conducted more searches and discovered that Solid Print3D were the only site with actual stock, but not only that they were the best price which was even better. I checked reviews for the website and saw amazing reviews and they all looked genuine and not like other major shopping websites reviews. I made the purchase however i had missed the next day deadline and this was a Thursday so id have to wait until Monday for the Printer. I decided to log on to the website and hit the Chat button, To my amazement i received a response by a human being and not an AI. I explained my dilema of needing the printer early and it wasnt their fault i missed the days cut off. Solid Print3D went way above and beyond in order to ensure the Printer arrived ASAP and i received it the very next day. I was absolutely blown away as it wasnt as if id ordered a few printers as id only ordered one, this shows that whatever you purchase you are treated equally. The whole process was lightening quick, extremely efficient and above all an amazing worry free customer journey from searching to settling on a website to ordering to delivery. The part that really impressed me was how "normal" the service experience i received was and that it was just another order a such as exemplary service must be the default setting for Solid Print3D. Now to the Bambu Labs 3D Printer - wow! I have a few 3D Printers and started off with a Creality like most and i have spent endless hours making that in to a machine that actually prints to my standard, relevel every few days and all the usual issues with normal FDM printers. I have AnkerMake M5's, and also Prusa MK3S+'s as well and these are fantastic, very fast and very reliable plus i have had a few more brands however to compare those to a Bambu Labs Printer is a crime. I would describe the Prusa MK3S+ and the Ankermake M5 as being good 3D Printers but the Bambu Labs are better described as "3D Replicators" they print phenomenally in every aspect from models and HueForge prints to high detail parts where accuracy is key and they do it easily and most important consistently. The AMS is fantastic and there is less waste if you right click a model and tell the AMS system to purge the waste in to that model or even choose to pop the waste in the models infill or supports. Everything with Bambu Labs just screams quality from the slick polished Bambu Slicer or even Orca Slicer to the way they print and the way they look. The looks was troubling me as it looked extremely similar to buttons, shades and text design id seen before so i researched it and it appears the company Bambu Labs was founded by 5 people who previously worked for a very well known manufacturer of tech and drones (you will have guessed it already by now) All in all the printers just work and repetition is effortless making the 20th print identical to the 1st in every way. To sum it up i was blown away by the entire journey from no Bambu to printed results and the timescale involved would normally seem impossible. It would appear that Bambu Labs products are every bit as well polished as the experience with Solid Print3D. I will be back to purchase some Bambu Labs products and the free Filament (Green, Orange and PLA Support Filament all Bambu Labs) with the printer has a RFID type chip in it that tells the AMS system everything it needs to know about the filament and updates automatically (not that it hard to do 2 clicks but its efficient). To quote The Terminator "I'll Be Back!”

They were very quick on delivery when they had the unit and kept us up to date on the situation. The in-person training from Jack was really insightful and professional. “We have used Solidprint3D for years. Right from the start (way back in 2020) they have consistently exceeded expectations and always go the extra mile to solve a problem or suggest a solution. As a busy 3D printing bureau, we need quick and reliable service to keep orders ticking over. They have always provided that. “We had issues with our 3d printer. We ended up ordering some spare parts after quick chat with their technical team. Both parts arrived promptly; however, the delivery card got lost for one. I contacted Neil via the online chat and he resolved the issue within 20 minutes. It’s been a pleasure talking to all the team at solid print and will continue to use their service. I recommend anyone who is looking for advice and/or guidance about 3d services.”

“Very pleased with the Formlabs 3L printer that we purchased from Solid Print3D. Ben Keyes did an excellent job installing and setting up the printer for us. The training was thorough and well presented and Ben made sure we were happy with all aspects of the machine before finishing and was happy to go into extra detail when required. Have already completed the first print and hopefully this will be the first of many.”
