“Gift for my dad arrived 6 days after his birthday even though I paid for specific day delivery. Complete lies by Parcelforce about 'attempted delivery' at times when my parents were at home. They had to chase it up and collect the parcel themselves from a local post office in the end which defeats the point of sending a gift. However this was not the fault of Smart Gifts. The parcel was nice once received but contained a red cheese instead of the yellow mature cheddar which wasn't as advertised.”
