“Old incandescent bathroom R80 bulb blew. Local outlets did not stock the replacement I needed. Rang Smart Lighting Industries for advice. They asked for photos of the old bulb to be emailed to them. Next day they provided a link to the recommended LED replacement. Order placed. Delivery within 3 days. Recommended item excellent. Recommended.”

“I was unhappy and critical of Smart Lighting's service when the wrong lights were delivered, but they quickly corrected this and despatched the right goods. They apologised for their warehouse mix-up and sent me a returns label for the lights I had not ordered. The speed and concern of their response was impressive and I would definitely recommend them to others.”
