“The service I have received from Simply has been completely outstanding to be honestly.. I was turned away from a number of brokers due to the fact my partner was sitting with a bad credit score with a few missed credit card payments, my sister used simply before due to a similar situation and wow! Simon Osborne who was my broker, kept in contact every day, leading me through each stage within the process and a Morgage offer was issued a few weeks later. I cannot thank him enough just as we were giving up! Kerry Mitchell & Tia Russell also provided me great service there customer service skills 10/10 with communication. 10/10 from myself and my partner! So happy we have found this company for the future.”

“We have been in poor credit following previous relationships, but simply Adverse were amazing they found a product for us and made applying as painless as possible. Like others have said the fees seem a bit steep but in the grand scheme of House buying its a drop in the ocean”

“Great company made everything really easy, I first was put in touch with Alex who made everything go smoothly really fast to respond and just made the whole process as stress free as possible. after processing everything with Alex I was passed on to Senita who also was really good to deal with and quick to respond. Overall a really stress free Great service made everything as easy as possible. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a mortgage well worth the fee.”

“I just want to say a massive thank you to everyone at Simply Adverse, especially Charlotte Jones & Simon Nicholas. Charlotte arranged my residential mortgage offer within 2 days and Simon was super helpful in clarifying things to me in details on how to go about my let to buy mortgage both were always at the other end of the phone or an email away and dealt with any query I had super quick. The whole team seemed very friendly and always willing to help. Thank you to everyone! It was a fantastic experience for me no doubt.”

“I can't fault the Simply team and I would highly recommend them to anyone! Aime and Senita were fantastic from start to finish. The communication was excellent, I never had to wait for a response and they were always at the end of the phone if needed. They also helped me multiple times with my solicitor when I couldn't get a response or any information from them. They are professional, friendly and patient and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.”

“Fantastic experience with Simply Adverse and our adviser Matthew Nurcombe. We originally went with a different broker who assured us we wouldn't get anything below 7.5% due to a default on our credit report. Heard good things about these guys and decided to go with them and it was well worth the £2000 as they got us a firm mortgage offer of 4.5% within days. You won't regret it!”

“Absolutely fantastic. Offer received within 2 weeks. Going above and beyond is what this company is about. Aime grieve fantastic from the start. Was always their putting our minds at ease. “Gareth in particular has done an amazing job for us the hole team deserves a pat on the back brilliant from start to finish. We didn’t think it would be possible for us to get a mortgage due to having a ccj on my credit report. We was guided through every step of the way and I’m so happy to be moving in to my very own home thank you guys so much kind regards Chris and Lauren”

“Brilliant from start to finish everyone involved from first DIP being sent over to us on a Sunday morning to an offer at second time of asking. Made what we thought might be impossible a reality. All delays were caused by circumstances on our side such as gathering up to date bank statements and whenever we presented new documents the team always picked up and acted swiftly. Would give 6 stars!”
