“It was a really easy process to go through with yourselves. Kerry Mitchell and Amiee (unfortunately I can't remember her last name) were really helpful. They guided me through the process and procedure really well. And answered any questions I had. Even coped with my constant stressing out about it. I would highly recommend them to anyone who's had bad/poor credit and need to consolidate their debts.”

“With my partner having an bad credit report we were unsure if we could get a mortgage even though his financial situation was becoming alot better as time went on. “I recently completed on a second charge with Simply Adverse as my broker. I cannot thank them enough for the wonderful service I received. My first point of contact was Joe who was absolutely fantastic in finding me the right mortgage. Aaron was also very helpful during my initial onboarding process. Once I had my Decision in Principle, I was passed to the amazing Karen in the internal underwriting team who was there to get my application ready to submit to the lender. Karen could not have done more for me! Karen was there every day to answer all of my many questions and phone calls, to talk me through what was going on, and to guide me through all the lender's follow-up questions and demands. Karen knows the second charge market inside out, and was able to take me through the process smoothly and successfully so that I got the second charge I needed. Karen has such a cheerful and positive approach which makes such a difference when navigating the tricky second charge procedure, particularly when you have the added stress of adverse credit. Karen was so kind and lovely, and never passed judgment on my adverse situation as I have experienced from other mortgage brokers in the past. The wonderful moment Karen broke the news that I had my mortgage offer we both got really emotional! It was such a journey and Karen was with me every step of the way. Thank you so much for everything.”

“Having been turned down for a mortgage by the normal high street lenders due to my income being derived from overseas sources, I was advised to try an adverse credit broker and Simply Adverse appeared to be best suited. They immediately got on to my case and in a very short time found a lender who was willing to provide funding for the purchase of my new property. Initially, my case was handled by Simon Osborne and was then handed over to Paige Crump, both of whom went above and beyond to help sort out my issues. Without their assistance I would not been have been able to secure the necessary funding for the purchase of my new house.”

“The whole process with simply has been easy and understandable. Having had an Iva prior the team were able to helpe find a mortgage albiet 2 years after the Iva had lapsed (not the simply teams' fault) keeping in touch with me through the period when the Intrest rates went sky high and mortgages were pulled through to actually getting the formal offer. I would highly recommend the service”

“Our case was complicated as self employed and had debt. It has taken a very long time but this was due to circumstances out with our control. However when we were ready once again to remortgage the team took our case back in hand and pushed forward with it, we would like to thank Lily, Farrah, Karen, Joe, Paige and Ava for all of your help over the last few months. It has still been stressful but I believe it would have been much worse if we had been trying to remortgage without your guidance. I would highly recommend simply adverse, and we will be back I am sure in the future.”

“I would highly recommend using Simply Adverse to anyone, they were amazing from start to finish. Having been turned down for a mortgage with every high street lender i stumbled across Simply Adverse online and thought i'd give them a go, within 24 hrs i had a mortgage in prinicipal in place, 4 weeks later and I have now been officially offered my mortgage and should be moving into my own home very soon. I never thought this would be possible especially with the high street banks telling me i had no chance or obtaining a mortgage. I dealt with Alex Wright firstly who was great, and then passed onto Tia Russell who was also great, both extremely informative, always in contact with the next steps, they made what i thought would be an extremely difficult process very easy. Thank you Simply Adverse and your amazing staff for everything.”
