Hi Martin Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, many of our manufacturers are suffering component issues due to the aftermath of COVID-19. We did notify you at the time of purchase that there may be a wait for your product..... Hopefully, stock levels should be back up later in the year SHG Team

“Was looking for extra fobs for my alarm system. Chubb were wanting a stupid amount of money for them, both to supply and reprogram my panel. SHG had these at a reasonable price and even with expedited delivery still came in a less than half proce. Their online experience was fast and easy, and the fobs came within the time limit specified. A very good service all round.”

“Ordered replacement alarm system battery. DPD courier messed up delivery (clamined he had tried to deliver it but couldn't get an answer whilst also claiming he had a signature to prove delivery - neither was true!). SHG were great and sent a replacement that arrived the next day. Responded immediately to my various emails. Very courteous and professional. I would certainly use them again.”

“The M12 fire/smoke sensor I purchased caused two nuisance trips within 10 days of commissioning - it has an intermittent fault. I contacted Chris at SHG who arranged for a replacement sensor to be sent FOC, which was delivered and fitted AOK only 24 hours later. The faulty sensor is being returned. This is excellent customer service - thank you”
