I ordered 3 x large screens and 4 trellis as both were on offer. I received the. Trellis first within 7 days and I had to chase up the 3x large screens but the customer service was good as I had a reply straight away. One did tell me they were on the way. They didn’t arrive within the week so contacted again. Another representative said they were not on the way ,they informed me they had been lost in transaction so she kindly sent me replacements and i received them in a few days after the email. I am happy with the screens. Not sure if they will fade as I have read from previous reviews they have faded, but only time will tell.

Do not give them your money. Worst service ever encountered. Deliver damaged goods. Offer a replacement eventually.. But they never ship it. Customer service is a joke

appalling company and customer service... placed order in June 2023 and still waiting for the posts to complete my order. Over £500 spent! #SophieBirkert you should be ashamed of yourself to continue to trade when you know you are not able to meet the orders and then you have setup another company TSDES! I wish I had done some research beforehand.... DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER even though their website is still up and running!!

Please please please don’t spend money with Screen with envy I have spent £399 and got 2 out of 4 screens there is no customer care they answer an email maybe once a week make false promises I have now done a review on trust pilot and asked for a refund via my Amex card - I’m trying to complain to trading standards it’s diabolical behaviour and yet they continue to get away with it very sad as the product itself is really nice if you ever get it !

Pls read Trust Pilot reviews, as I wish I had.....shocking scam artists. Hundreds let down by these scammers. They tell you they've just took over and are moving premises, but the reality is, they went into liquidation in 2022 and bought company back with a different name, BUT Jasween is still the owner 🤣 before and after liquidation. Even Clearpay are investigating then !!!! Pls avoid

Diabolical. My wife ordered two screens that did turn up in the given time frame however I was not at all pleased with the quality so at our own cost we returned them. After many exchanged email with various members of staff we were assured our refund would be given some attention. After 2 months we still had not received our refund. And then no replies to our emails and when we tried on many occasions to telephone them a fault message was given. We contacted our credit card company and a refund was made via them. This took two and a half months to be resolved. I would strongly advise anyone considering using this company to look elsewhere.

Like so many other customers, I placed an order in June. I have phoned, emailed and done the chat line in order to find out about my order, all to no avail. Also requested a refund for non delivery but no response. The owners have just set up a new on line company TSDES LTD, I sincerely hope they don’t plan on continuing to scam thousands of pounds off hard working people. Fortunately or unfortunately, my order was less than £100 so unable to claim back. I will watch out for future activity and would suggest all previous dissatisfied customers to review them accordingly.

I have written about this company a few months back when I too had placed an order and nothing arrived and trying to contact anyone was almost impossible. I have to admit that for some reason luck favoured me and 12 weeks after the order was placed the items that originally were due in 7 days finally arrived. Since then I have kept an eye on the numerous complaints that still seem to be appearing on here and other sites. According to The Times newspaper on 21st October 2022, Screen with Envy ceased trading, all staff were laid off and the company placed into administration. However the website appears still to be live and there has been nothing reported to Companies House, are unsuspecting people still placing orders and handing over money? I would hope that like PayPal the major credit card companies have closed the account.

I ordered £500 of screening in July with a 3months waiting time . I have had no screens delivered, no emails or customers service and no refund. Fortunately, I paid by PayPal credit, and they are now dealing with the situation for me. The company has been flagged by PayPal and they have removed their service as a payment option. I advise anyone who reads these reviews DO NOT USE SCREEN WITH ENVY!!!

Like others here I have ordered screens but never received them. I ordered in July - £650 and have contacted them numerous times. They gave all sorts of excuses. In early September their phone was permanently on answerphone and the chat wasn’t working. I ordered with a French bank- hello Banque and they won’t honour the EU directive on charge back so I have lost this money .

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THET OWE ME OVER £100, AND REFUSE TO ANSWER EMAILS OR RECORDED DELIVERY LETTER. THE MONEY OWED IS FOR RETURNED GOODS IN MINT CONDITION SENT BY RECORDED DELIVERY. AGAN, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

ARNAQUE..ESCROQUERIE j ai commandé une porte alu, après plus de 6 mois d'attente, j ai demandé le remboursement ce qui a été fait commande de 328.50€ remboursement de 15€ !!!! catalogue extraordinaire contact facile pour les commandes mais pour les réclamations systématiquement "nous transmettons au service comptable" qui bien sur ne donne aucune reponse. grosse erreur de ma part, j'aurai du regarder les avis avant de passer ma la commande, j'aurai vu le nombre de plainte pour commande jamais reçu est impressionnant. comme beaucoup de client comme moi je dépose une plainte sur ECONSUMER.GOV organisme international prenant en charge les escroqueries. SCAM.. FRAUD I ordered an aluminum door, after more than 6 months of waiting, I asked for a refund which was done order of 328.50 € refund of 18.25 € !!!! extraordinary catalog easy contact for orders but for complaints systematically "we send to the accounting department" which of course gives no answer. big mistake on my part, I should have looked at the reviews before placing my order, I will have seen the number of complaints for orders ever received is impressive. like many customers like me, I file a complaint on ECONSUMER.GOV, an international organization that deals with scams. BETRUG.. BETRUG Ich bestellte eine Aluminiumtür, nach mehr als 6 Monaten Wartezeit bat ich um eine Rückerstattung, die in Höhe von 328,50 € erfolgte, Rückerstattung von 18,25 € !!!! außergewöhnlicher katalog einfacher kontakt bei bestellungen aber bei reklamationen systematisch "schicken wir an die buchhaltung" die natürlich keine antwort gibt. Großer Fehler meinerseits, ich hätte mir die Bewertungen ansehen sollen, bevor ich meine Bestellung aufgegeben habe, ich werde gesehen haben, dass die Anzahl der Beschwerden für Bestellungen, die jemals eingegangen sind, beeindruckend ist. Wie viele Kunden wie ich reiche ich eine Beschwerde bei ECONSUMER.GOV ein, einer internationalen Organisation, die sich mit Betrug befasst.

I ordered a gate and a pedestrian gate which took 2 months to arrive (at least they arrived). The screws to mount the pedestrian gate were missing and it is been more than 7 months that I reclaim the screws. At the beginning they answered the phone always with some excuses, and replied to mails. Since this summer nobody in the phones and mails responses with excuses. Avoid this company, you will lose your money and your patience

Screen damaged, missing end caps. not answering telephone, apparently essential phone line work! website chat unavailable and emails unanswered. very very poor service, i have no idea whether i will get these items

Après plusieurs mails et depuis 3 mois je n'ai toujours pas reçu ma commande un portillon, j'ai demandé un remboursement et pas de nouvelles il ne réponde pas a ma demande, ce sont des voleurs n'achetez pas sur ce site même si les prix sont intéressants

Ordered three trellis for a project, only received two trellis. Sent lots of emails no reply from screen with envy. Feel let down that I cannot finish the project.

Shame that in order to leave review a star has to be awarded! No words SWE is quick enough to process an order and take payment but in my case (and clearly many many many others) had no intention of providing goods in line with guidelines. In fact no delivery months down the line and no refund despite my requests.
