“We have used Salesfire for a few years and have now integrated more dashboad features in recent months. We have seen an large increase in hot leads and email subscriptions coming through the overlays of which are turing into more sales. Better customer engagenment. Better analytics that help us understand customer engagement and flow. The abandonment reports we were seeing via our ecommerce platform were truly out of sync with the up to date real reports we recieve from Salesfire. We signed up for the managed service and Katie is our account manager. katie is always happy to set up new overlays, offer industry experienced advice and a real joy to work with. Regular zoom meetings to go over the last 30 days stats, keeping us in the loop as to how well the salefire platform is working for us. Thanks Katie for your hard work.... Regards Richard”

“We've been using salesfire for some time now and I personally deal with the account. Long story short..... I love salesfire, what they offer and how easy it is to use! I've had a few different account managers in our time with salesfire and dealt with various different staff members for different reasons. From my experience almost everybody you deal with at salesfire is extremely knowledgeable, very friendly, very happy to help and all in all a delight to deal with and if they're not they don't seem to stay around for long. My current account manager, Katie, has been amazing, constantly in contact with new ideas, designs, keeping me in the loop with what's new at salesfire, how it could benefit us and then looping charlie in for me to chat with to discuss trialling new products and discussing ways to make them bring the correct ROI. There is also never any real hard selling, you get the information you need on new products, trial them and if they're not for you then you just leave it at that. It's very refreshing to deal with a company that isn't solely focussed on selling you products that aren't right for your business like many companies do! The best features I find are the digital assistant and the new email automations as these hit almost every point of contact that you need with your customers through altering triggers. The email automations is still a relatively new feature to us (only using for just over a month now) however this has seen a huge increase compared to the email automations we were previously using via mailchimp making the switch 100% worthwhile! Also after attending the recent salesfire summit I had the chance to meet the CEO and many other members of staff who were all just as lovely, super friendly and nothing you ever ask is too much. Personally, signing up is one of the best business decisions i've made!”

“I've worked with Sales Fire since Nov 2020, as our fashion business has developed they have become a key pillar to our success and growth. I work regularly with James Pirie, who we treat as an extended member of our team. James is often hounded at all hours of the day and never bats an eyelid at our sometimes challenging requests; he not only provides constant service support but also suggestions for improvement, changes and promotional ideas. “The help and advice from the Salesfire team have been invaluable for allowing us to improve our customer experience, helping improve customer engagement, leading to higher AOV and turnover. Any queries or technical issues have been resolved quickly and efficiently by the Salesfire team. “We've worked with Salesfire for a few years now, but it's just as fresh now as the first day we signed up. They are progressive and move with current trends whilst developing new tech in the background. We are kept up to date by James our client success manager - he's very knowledgeable and knows the best way to communicate with us - he's also very helpful and offers excellent customer service!”

“Excellent service and support. Salesfire offers a 14-day trial period for all their products which I'd highly recommend trying, it's free! You get access to your own dashboard which is easy to use and highlights the KPIs you'd be looking for. Alongside this, you have a very friendly support team who are there to help and check in with you to make sure you are getting the most out of Salesfire while you are trialling/onboarding - shoutout to Andy! We've recently been assigned to our dedicated success manager, Hollie. Had a lovely introduction call with Hollie who's very friendly, helpful and answered any questions I had. I'm looking forward to working closely with Hollie and Salesfire to continue improving our conversion rate. Would recommend anyone in the e-commerce space to trial Salesfire.”
