“I have a few RugGuru rugs and they are all excellent. I recently had to return one. Although I this was necessary as the picture on the website and the product that arrived were notably different, the service was excellent overall and the company was very helpful.”

“Service was impeccable. I did have a problem with the first rug I received but it was resolved immediately with a new rug delivered within days of me highlighting my issue.”

“I was advised to buy a nylon doormat, which was described as thinner and likely to allow clearance between the bottom of my door and the floor. Unfortunately, it was not thin enough and could not be used.”

“i love the colour of the rug but was disappointed with the pile as on line it looked thicker and not so shaggy i have also noticed that all round the edges of the rug strands of the pile keep coming out this should not happen i could understand if it was a cheap rug.The colour goes so well in my room i just hope it doesnt get any worst.”

“Rug Guru great but Borders rug rubbish. Took delivery in March 2022 and still (November) have to empty my vacuum’s bin after every single clean! Spend on a decent wool rug eg Scion, or buy a polypropylene rug IMHO”

“Looked lovely on arrival, however, it is very harsh and uncomfortable fabric. There are also quite a few flaws in the throw. Very disappointed with the purchase.”
