“I've been very pleased by the reliable delivery of my coffee subscription, and with the quality and flavour of the beans. Recently, A pack of beans arrived damaged in the post, I assume as a consequence of mishandling en route. I contacted Rountons by email, and they replied within an hour, and without fuss sent me a replacement delivery of coffee. In a crowded market, Rounton provides a truly excellent service. I'm always delighted by the coffee. I hope they continue to thrive.”

“Chanced on Rounton a few years ago whilst taking a walk from the nearby camp site I wandered into a small room full of sacks of coffee and I was hooked after tasting various samples and being overpowered by the aroma of quality coffees Living in the South I now buy all my beans online only from Rounton”

“We can not start the day without a Rounton’s coffee, we use the beans in our bean to cup & the quality is amazing. I can’t imagine buying coffee from another company - the coffee is tasty, there’s loads to choose from, and the customer service exceptional.”

“Loving my new coffees. I tried the taster pack and it was ideal. Delivered promptly and a great way to try out different roasts and flavours. I bought my aero press from Rounton's too so knew they were a good company to deal with.”

“It is so good to find a company that sources amazing coffees from around the world, supporting small farming communities and with a focus on sustainability which I consider to be important in a world where a lot of people seem to want goods to be as cheap as possible, regardless of the cost to the planet. Also, they are based in Yorkshire and as a woman from the same county, I like to give support to local companies. I have tried a number of different coffees from Rounton (although I have my favorites) and they have all been excellent”

“I ordered a Fellow Ode2 grinder which was shipped to me very quickly and packed & protected very well. The bag of coffee was great and one I'll try again. The service from Rounton was brilliant and I'm sure I'll be back in the future for more coffee and equipment. Thank you.”

“Brilliant coffee, we get the decaffeinated beans for a couple of years after not liking the other brands many of who use chemicals to decaf, at Rounton’s they use spring water. Went around the roastery with a friend the other day was very impressed with the dedication and care they handled the roasting process, not AI but careful human control by an expert.”
