“We were so pleased to find stainless steel roasting pans and a rack to match, but as is often the case we weren’t sure whether they’d meet our expectations… we shouldn’t have worried: our order arrived in perfect condition in a couple of days and we are super pleased with them. “I ordered an egg poacher and the very next day a friend face be one as a gift. I ran Remgent to see if I could cancel. The young man said it had already been dispatched but to return it. I was very happy to receive a message to say he had cancelled it and refunded me. Excellent service and I will certainly use you in the future.”
