“I have been using Regulation since the shop first opened at the Angel Islington. In-person and online the staff are always super helpful and friendly. I have never had a problem with deliveries or ordering. The store is fast and efficient. I have no hesitation in recommending Regulation to anyone looking for quality leather or toys and the price has always been worth saving up for, rather than going for other cheaper options.”

Hi Andre, I'm sorry there was a delay in the delivery of your order. I've spoken with FedEx and they've advised that the package had a little bit of a delay at your local customs office but it has since been cleared and should be with you tomorrow. They've advised that it should show the package as "out for delivery" on the tracking page in the morning, so please do let us know if this doesn't update to that tomorrow and we can check again with FedEx. “Incredible quality, easy to navigate website. Being from the US time zones are very different staff was very understanding and helpful. From order to arrival it took little over 3 weeks. Package came early. Ordered about 10 items and it was packed neatly in a small box. Have 2 more orders 1 on the way 1 still being made so excited for them to get here”
