“terrible customer service, unable to contact by phone waited 45 minutes, told "first in line" for all of that time, callback doesnt work and no answer to e-mails.”

“Do not use! I have insured my induction hob with downward extraction and now that it's broken, apparently they don't cover it, offering me a replacement that doesn't even fit onto the worktop. So far it took 3 months to get an engineer out, chase for the engineer's report, chase for a replacement model, chase for another replacement model just to be told the same thing again. I can't buy an extractor hood separately so find me a job that has one in and that fits into the space of the current one.”

“Do not use this company. I have rung in excess of 20 times asking for my policy which renewed in February. They only covered the boiler and not any of my white goods which have not been covered since February. Luckily they are all in good working order. I have today rung to cancel the boiler insurance and ask for pro rate return of premium. I have as much chance of getting it as ever getting a policy!!!! Be warned they may be cheaper than others but service is appalling.”

“I phoned last night about 12/02/2021 4pm or a little after, the Girl was very Rude and Apathetic it is for this reason I will not be doing Business with Prominence support. I will be cancelling my Standing order etc card payments. I ask the management to look into this as ,the people on the Phone are Your customer liaison people ,if you have some person with attitude on the phone , I promise you this, You will get a bad name , thus, your Business will suffer . I run a successful business and have several properties and I was! , yes! was to transfer, All my properties over to Prominence support ! alas that is now not be be . Get it sorted before its to late MB RSVP”
