I am very disappointed at trying to get hold of Prominence to book an engineer for broken tumble dryer and then when I do and am told I will get a call in 24 hours from an engineer, I am still waiting and that was on Friday and was told someone would call me yesterday due to the weekend. I am holding on again with an automated message telling me I am number 1 in the queue and stupid music playing in my ear, which was the same last week when I called. I'm sorry now I took out this insurance and paid 1 year in advance.

Dear Anne-Marie We apologise that you feel this way. As advised the engineer was unable to reach you (09/11/2020). I can confirm that your appointment was booked yesterday (10/11/2020) as promised and the engineer attended to fix your tumble dryer today (11/11/2020). Thanks James

The gentleman I spoke to was very helpful and sorted out my washing machine repairs - this took around 8 days but overall I am happy.

I arranged an engineer to come out on Friday he phoned in the morning and aid his van he had to pick up had no mot but it was being done and he would ring as soon as it was ready and he still come but I did not here anything of him I phoned on monday and they said he would be here Tuesday at 12 pm and still nothing been on the phone for over 80 minutes I am not happy I want all the payments I have made you refund and cancel you

We take issues of engineer let down very serious but unfortunately are not able to locate you on our system with the limited information provided on your review or had anyone wait on a call for 80min. Antony was very helpful shorting out my cover to day for appliances made me a good deal but not to happy about the 45 days aspect of cover then you can not win them all all in all a good deal thanks , don’t forget phone call for broiler cover ,Edward.

Was looking at potentially purchasing cover for my TV from Prominence Support. Sent a query through their website but didn’t hear back so I contacted them by phone and was told I’d receive a call back but this never happened either. If they ignore potential customers I’m not interested in knowing what sort of service they provide to those that do use this company.

I joined last week and have received no confirmation or paperwork. I called after sending an email and getting no response, then on the phone trying to get an answer 4 x before I was answered and was told I would receive something via email that evening and 2 days later, I've still heard nothing! Not pleased.
