“Very easy to find what we wanted on website in relation to flags. Previously had different colour bases which no longer shown for sale on website so rang up and they said yes we can do those for you: make a note in the order and we will amend the order for you and sell replacements at same price. A pleasure to deal with: no automated messages, no hassle, very polite. Also wow what an amazingly fast turnaround. From order to despatch in less than 3 hours - fantastic.”
