“Buying and delivery was straightforward and quick. When I received the flag I ordered I was very pleased with the quality of the material, the colours, the workmanship and the price. Unfortunately, sewing on a hem unpicked after some use and this opened a seam and allowed the edge to whip and then fray in the strong wind. I contacted Alan and after he had seen a photo he immediately sent out a replacement. This has arrived and I am very pleased with it. Alls well that ends well thanks to the owners. I will happily buy again and recommend NWFlags.”
